Five people, including a policeman, were injured in a bomb attack on a Turkish police bus in the southern Turkish province of Adana.
Anatolian news agency quoted the governor of Adana Mahmud Demirtash as saying today that an attack with an improvised explosive device or another type of explosive targeted a police bus in the area of Uriegir, wounding five people, adding that one of the injured was a policeman.
Southeast Turkey has been plagued by security unrest and instability for years due to the fierce military campaign and repressive operations by the Erdogan regime in those areas.
