Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that the US and Israeli occupation plans related to the so-called "deal of the century" and the occupied Syrian Golan are doomed to failure.
Rouhani said in a speech to the General Assembly of the United Nations at its 74th session that the US and Zionist plans such as the so-called "deal of the century" and the declaration of Jerusalem as the capital of the Zionist entity and Washington's recognition of the occupied Syrian Golan as part of the occupied entity "doomed to failure."
Rouhani added that "the occupation of land, the construction of settlements and the extermination continue in Palestine," noting that the Palestinian people are the victims of aggression and occupation.
