Director of Tourism Nemer Ibrahim explained in a statement to SANA reporter that the exhibition is held within the event of World Tourism Day in cooperation with the Directorate of Culture, Tourist Establishments and Popular Restaurants in the city of Al-Hasakah, the aim of which is to introduce visitors to the heritage of Algerian cuisine and distinguish it with quality and delicious taste of various types of foods.
The Director of Culture Mohammed Al-Falaj that the exhibition falls within the cultural, heritage and tourism activities that are implemented, which reflects the aesthetic heritage of civilization, human and creative in the province.
Ahmed Hamada, one of the participants in the exhibition, said that it reflects the diversity of foods in the province, pointing out that the Algerian cuisine is characterized by quality and perfection, which led to the spread of a number of foods to different parts of the world.
The participant Taha Abdul Jalil said that the exhibition is an opportunity to promote tourism and introduce the world to the most important characteristic of the province of popular cuisine, indicating that he participated in the provision of Arab Mansaf and meat Alfrikah and rice in addition to a number of varieties of appetizers.
The Al Mawda House project of the Al Mawada Society also participated in a presentation on the most important food products it provides throughout the year such as jams, jams, dairy products, cheese and dried and canned vegetables.
Visitors of the exhibition expressed their admiration for its contents, which represent a large part of the heritage of the Algerian cuisine and the delicious foods that distinguish it, including Ms. Amna Sajid, who confirmed that the kitchen in the province of Al-Hasakeh affected and affected the kitchens of neighboring provinces.
