(CNN Spanish) - A shipment of 250 kilos of cocaine valued at 140 million Argentine pesos (almost 2.5 million dollars) was seized by the Ezeiza Airport Security Police, Argentina, on Tuesday.
According to the Minister of National Security, Patricia Bullrich, the drug went from Ezeiza to Madrid in several bags.

16 people have been arrested and according to Security Secretary Eugenio Burzaco, the operation is about the largest forfeiture in the history of the force.
Among those arrested are 3 members of the Airport Security Police (PSA), reports the state agency Télam citing judicial and investigation sources, who were accused of supporting the gang.
