In turn, the educational mentor Saud Abdul-Karim Al-Mahmoud from Hama Education pointed out that their research presented at the conference concerns modern educational trends with programs to train, prepare and develop the teacher of the future before and after practicing the profession because the process of development and modernization should include the most important aspect of the educational process, namely the teacher.
