Iraqi forces killed 12 ISIS operatives in a qualitative operation north of Anbar and western Salah al-Din.
During a pre-emptive operation, a force from the military intelligence detachments of the Al-Jazeera Operations Command and in conjunction with the army aviation launched an attack on an ISIS hideout in the Um Tus area of the Shamiya Desert and clashed with Al-Jazeera News website. The terrorist elements killed all 12 of them, burned three cars loaded with materiel and explosives, and completely destroyed the den.
The Iraqi forces yesterday killed 11 leaders of the terrorist organization "Daesh", including the so-called "Wali Salah al-Din" in a security operation carried out on the border of Salah al-Din province in central Iraq.
