This is how the presidential debate in Argentina is prepared

In Argentina for the first time presidential debates will be mandatory by law. Two will be held before the first round of the next general election. The first will be Sunday, October 13, at the Universidad del Litoral, and the second seven days later at the University of Buenos Aires. In case of a second electoral round, the two competing candidates will debate for the last time on Sunday, November 17, also in the capital of the country.
