The villages and towns of the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor are witnessing a state of recovery and intensive return of their people after the Syrian Arab Army liberated them from ISIS terrorism after securing all the necessary necessities for the return of life to various sectors in these areas.

Hatem Suleiman, a member of the executive office of the governorate of Deir Ezzor, told SANA that since the first day of the liberation of the villages and towns of Husseineya, Hattla, Marat, Mazloum, Salhia, Khasham and Tabieh in the northern countryside, she has worked to remove the effects of terrorism from lifting the walls, opening roads, removing rubble and activating the work of police units. Suleiman pointed out that the operation of water stations and bakeries and the opening of schools and health centers and support the agricultural process through extension units and secure all the requirements of agricultural and animal production, noting that the electricity was delivered to the region with the provision of basic needs of food and fuel, which contributed to the return of more than seventy-five Thousand people to their homes and villages.

In turn, the director of electricity in Deir Ezzor, Khaled Lutfi, pointed out that the villages and towns of the northern countryside have been fed electricity through the Euphrates River from Hawija Kata towards Husseinieh and the delivery of electricity to Husseinieh, Hattla, Marat, and Salhiya all the way to Mazloum and Khasham after feeding vital and governmental headquarters, especially water stations. All of them are working on electric power, explaining that work is being done to expand the range of electric feed according to the availability of the necessary transformers.

For his part, the Director of the Water Establishment in Deir Ezzor, Eng. Moaz Al-Alloush, said that the water stations in the villages of the northern countryside were operated, namely, Husseinieh, Marat, Marat, Marat, Mazloum, Khasham and Ghazal stations, which provide sufficient water for the people in the area in addition to maintaining the main and branch networks and connecting the stations with electricity.

Director of Khasham Agriculture Department, Eng. Asaad Tukan, explained that the agricultural production wheel took place in the region.A three extension units were inaugurated and four agricultural irrigation projects were implemented to secure irrigation water and support farmers with seeds, fertilizers and drip irrigation networks in addition to production grants while the cotton harvest is being harvested.

The supervisor of the educational complex in the region Abdul Hamid Allawi to the presence of 35 schools involved in the educational process, including 16 thousand students from the first grade of basic education to the third secondary, pointing out that the maintenance and rehabilitation of 8 schools and the provision of cadres, textbooks and classrooms.

The supervisor of the health centers in the northern countryside, Ammar Al-Sheikh, said that six health centers were opened in the region, namely, the advanced health center Husayniyah and Hattla, Mirat, Mazloum and Khasham centers, which are working to provide health services from integrated ambulance and vaccines for children.These centers were also provided with health cadres, medicines and medical devices.

It was also activated after the rehabilitation of Hattla center and the opening of a sales hall for Syria to trade in Marat and the opening of three gas stations and nine bakeries in addition to the mobile bakery in Mazloum.

In turn, a number of citizens noted the services provided by the government, which contributed to their stability and their return to work and production, demanding to speed up the repair of one of the bridges that connect these villages to the city of Deir Ezzor to facilitate the transition and marketing of their crops and products, stressing their commitment to their land and home.

The various institutions and service departments work within the framework of an integrated program implemented by the government to provide the best basic services, especially after the return of hundreds of thousands of displaced since the dismantling of the city of Deir Ezzor on September 5, 2017 and the liberation of most of the countryside of the abomination of terrorism.
