(CNN Spanish) - An earthquake of magnitude 7.2 shook Chile this Sunday morning, according to information from the United States Geological Survey (USGS).

According to the USGS, the seismic focus of the telluric movement was 9.8 kilometers deep. Meanwhile, the epicenter was located 135 kilometers east of the city of Talca, and 68 kilometers east of the city of Constitución.
