Participants in the forum of bodies and institutions and popular unions Syrian and Palestinian held on the occasion of the anniversary of the Palestinian popular uprising entitled "Intifada life" on the importance of unifying efforts and positions with the Palestinian people to face all the Zionist plans and the liberation of the occupied territories.

Participants pointed to the forum held by the Syrian Arab People's Committee to support the Palestinian people and resistance to the Zionist project and the International Jerusalem Foundation “Syria” and the global campaign to return to Palestine at the headquarters of the Palestinian National Council in Damascus Power.

Director General of the Jerusalem International Foundation Dr. Khalaf al-Muftah stressed in a speech that the people of the Arab nation stand with the approach of resistance to the Palestinian people, the Palestinian issue is the central issue, pointing out that the main factor in the decline of the Zionist project and the process of Judaization and the consecration of the reality of the occupation is the intifada and resistance.

For his part, the official pointed out that the stability of Syria and its victory over terrorism is a victory for the Palestinian people and an incentive to continue the struggle against the occupation entity, pointing out that the campaign is constantly seeking to coordinate efforts to help the Palestinian people to achieve victory over the occupation and the return of its rights mechanism.

In a similar speech, the Secretary-General of the Popular Struggle Front, Khaled Abdel-Majid, stressed the necessity of pursuing the approach of resistance and intifada, not negotiations, and strengthening national cohesion with all the forces and countries of the axis of resistance and the Palestinian national struggle in the occupied territories.

Dr. Saber Falhout, a member of the Syrian Committee for Supporting the Palestinian People, pointed out the importance of the role of the media in gathering efforts to promote the Palestinian cause, exposing and confronting the occupation plans and advocating the Palestinian people to liberate their land and establish an independent state with its eternal capital as Jerusalem.

The meeting was attended by a number of representatives of Palestinian factions and cultural and social events.
