(CNN) - The first cannabis coffee in the United States opens its doors this Tuesday in Los Angeles. This is Lowell Farms: A Cannabis Cafe, and it will be the first “farm-to-table” type restaurant that highlights cooking and cannabis.

West Hollywood created eight cannabis use licenses and more than 300 applicants, Lowell Farms obtained the first, says the restaurant. That makes it the first business in the United States to obtain a fully legal cannabis use license, he says.

Chef Andrea Drummer trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles. In 2012, he launched his cooperative, Elevation VIP. There, she became known for creating cuisine infused with THC and CBD and has hosted celebrities such as Miguel and Wiz Khalifa.

At Lowell Farms, Drummer has created a menu that will reflect the flavors of California and present seasonal dishes that are complementary to the effects of THC. Due to current cannabis legislation, the restaurant says, its dishes will not be infused with cannabis.

"In harmony with the West Hollywood community, the restaurant will offer a unique nightlife experience of its kind," a spokeswoman told CNN. "Lowell Farms: A Cannabis Cafe will serve as a cozy and safe environment for everyone to enjoy and learn about the use in the new legal world of cannabis."

The coffee will have its own version of a sommelier whom it has designated as a “flower service at the table”. A “flower host” from Lowell Farms will discuss the different strains available and explain their flavors and effects.

Guests can smoke marijuana in coffee either in cigarettes, pipes and bongs. The 5,900 square foot space will have a patio for smokers and non-smokers, and the entire interior space is a designated area for smokers.

There will also be groceries available.

MIRA: They discover almost 4 tons of marijuana inside a cargo of jalapeños that went from Mexico to the USA.

"We created it because we believed that there should be a destination for everyone to openly enjoy cannabis in the community," the coffee said in a statement. "Lowell Cafe is a space for those who are cannabis connoisseurs and those who are not and are curious and want to experience cannabis in a cozy environment."
