(CNN Spanish) - The Prosecutor's Office of Ecuador will set up a private hearing on Wednesday to recognize, display and extract the information contained in the magnetic devices that are under custody chain by justice after Julian's departure
Assange of the Ecuadorian embassy in London. The Prosecutor’s Office informed Carlos Poveda, Julian Assange’s lawyer in the country, Poveda confirmed to CNN on Monday.

The extraction hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, October 2, starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Criminalistics Department located north of Quito. For the execution of this procedure, the Prosecutor's Office requested two experts from the Forensic Computing Section and two experts from the Audio and Video Section.

CNN contacted prosecutor Wilson Toainga who is leading the process, but said he cannot give details as the diligence will be private.

In addition, they were summoned to comply with this diligence: officials of the Prosecutor's Office, Carlos Poveda (lawyer for Julian Assange) and delegates of the United States Attorney's Office.

The Ecuadorian Prosecutor maintains an international criminal assistance agreement with the United States within the Assange case. The call to delegates of the United States Attorney's Office responds to this assistance, according to the Prosecutor's Office. This Wednesday hearing is also expected to make a "mirror copy or forensic image" of digital devices.

Carlos Poveda, a lawyer for Assange, told CNN that he does not know what exactly is going to be extracted on those devices and said he is worried about the turn the investigation may take after this diligence.
