[Tokyo 2nd Reuters]-Defense Minister Taro Kono said yesterday that a missile launched by North Korea on the same day was "not yet determined" as a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM).
It is said that it was launched in a “lofted orbit” that flies higher at a higher angle than usual, and the relevant information is being analyzed.
Cheong Wa Dae, Korea, is verifying that it may have been a test shot of SLBM. According to Yonhap News, the missile flew 450 kilometers and reached an altitude of 910 kilometers.
