[Buenos Aires 2nd Reuters]-A monthly survey published by the Argentine Central Bank on the 3rd revealed that 45 analysts forecast a median inflation rate of 54.9% this year. The last time was 55%.

Political uncertainties continued for several weeks after the opposition candidate Fernandez's former prime minister in the preliminary of the presidential election overwhelmed the current president, Macri, and the currency peso fell. The previous survey was published immediately after the preliminary selection.

Inflation is expected to ease to 40.5% by 2020.

This year's GDP growth forecast was minus 2.9%, which was worse than the previous minus 2.5%.
