Damascus-Sana
Temperatures tend to fall closer to average as the country is affected by an extension of a surface depression accompanied by southwestern currents in the upper atmosphere.
The Meteorological Directorate predicted in its publication this morning that the atmosphere will be partly cloudy in general, turning sometimes cloudy over the coastal areas and northwestern to become an opportunity for thunderstorms of rain over those areas.
The winds are westwesterly to southwesterly moderate with active dust-causing gusts in the eastern and Mediterranean to high-altitude waves.
Tomorrow the weather will remain partly cloudy in general with the opportunity to rain showers over the western regions of the country and temperatures remain around their rates for such a period of the year.
