Who murdered the journalist Miroslava Breach?

Edison Lanza, special rapporteur of the Inter-American Commission on Rights (IACHR) for Freedom of Expression, spoke with Aristegui about the murder of journalist Miroslava Breach. Lanza talked about who could have been behind his death. The journalist was murdered on March 23, 2017 when she left her home in Chihuahua. Breach had conducted investigations and reports on organized crime groups in Mexico. The Collective March 23 announced its own investigation. According to Lanza, after the murder of Miroslava Breach, a silenced area remained in Chihuahua. Lanza added that the attack on Breach, and other journalists, is an attack "on life, integrity and the right to know of society."
