The Free Egyptians and the Egyptian generation today condemned the blatant Turkish aggression on Syrian territory.

In separate statements, the two parties denounced the approach of the president of the Turkish regime and the show of muscles to interfere in the internal affairs of sovereign states and the state of silence and disregard by the UN and human rights institutions that remain silent in front of the intervention and blatant Turkish attack on Syrian territory.

The head of the Egyptian Generation Party, Naji Shehabi, condemned the Turkish aggression, stressing that it is an aggression against all Arab countries and said that the state of division and weakness in these countries encouraged Erdogan to his aggression contrary to international law and the UN Charter.

In turn, Sameh Ashour, head of the Egyptian Bar Association, condemned the Turkish and US-backed Turkish aggression against Syria, stressing the need to provide immediate and unconditional support to it by all available means.

Former Egyptian intelligence agent Major General Mohammad Rashad condemned the Turkish aggression on Syrian territory and said in a statement to SANA correspondent in Cairo that this aggression is a crime against a sovereign state that has every right to defend and confront this attack and that what Erdogan does is a crime that violates all international conventions.

This afternoon, the Turkish regime's army launched an attack on the city of Ras al-Ain in the northwest countryside of al-Hasakah province and on the Tal Abyad area in the northern countryside of Raqqa, killing 8 civilians and wounding 20 others.
