[Washington 9th Reuters]-Chinese officials, diplomats, and investors have revealed to Reuters that the Chinese government has lowered expectations for significant progress in this week's trade negotiations with the United States. The US government added 28 Chinese organizations and companies to the “entity list”, the de facto embargo list this week.
The Chinese government hopes to end the trade war with the United States, but is not optimistic about the possibility of reaching an agreement in the short term.
