For the first time, Francis Mourey, double winner of the event (in 2014 and 2017), will not compete in the cyclo-cross of La Mézière, near Rennes, whose 19th edition takes place on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 October 2019. After ending his career in February 2019, the champion will be the godfather of the race.
