Alain Casanova leaves his coaching position in Toulouse. The technician and the club ended their collaboration on Thursday. It is Denis Zanko, technical director of the training center, who will take care, for the moment, of the professional group.
Alain Casanova and Toulouse, it's over again! The coach and the Toulouse team ended "by mutual agreement" with their collaboration. The TFC, currently 18th in Ligue 1, announced it via a press release.
This is the second time Alain Casanova is pushed to the exit with Toulouse. In 2015, he was sacked after 7 years on the club bench. Returned to the club in 2018, he knows the same story as Christian Gourcuff, who had twice left his coaching position at Stade Rennais.

It is Denis Zanko, the former coach of the Stade Laval, and current technical director of the training center, who supports "until further order" the training of the professional group.
After Ghislain Printant at Saint-Etienne and Sylvinho at Lyon, Alain Casanova is the third Ligue 1 coach to leave his post in the space of eight days.
