The day will again be marked by a strong wind and the presence of clouds that will bring light rain.
Showers affect the Hauts de France and the Grand-Est, they become more scattered during the afternoon, the sky remains cloudy.
On the south of Pays de Loire, Poitou-Charentes, Limousin and northern Auvergne, the weather is very cloudy with occasional light rain, a little more frequent on the terrain.
On the rest of the country, clouds are still present. It is on the south of Aquitaine and Midi-Pyrenees as well as in PACA that the improvement is more frank with predominant clearings. They even touch the end of the day, the whole Occitanie and go back to the south of the Auvergne and Rhône-Alpes.
The southwest wind is sensitive along the Channel coast. On Corsica, it blows hard enough on the west and south coasts of the Island, with bursts on Ile Rousse and Cap Corse can exceed 100 km / h around mid-day. In the lower Rhône valley, the mistral is present with some gusts at 70/80 km / h.
The minimum temperatures are homogeneous over a large part of the country, between 7 and 12 degrees, from 15 to 16 degrees on the Var beaches and 13 to 18 on the Island of Beauty. Peaks reach 13 degrees in the Haut-Rhin, 17 to 19 degrees elsewhere, up to 23 locally in the southwest and PACA. It is in Corsica that it is the warmest with 25 degrees on the east coast, from Bastia to Porto Vecchio.
