Indonesian President Joko's close coordinator for Willant politics, legal affairs, and security (72) was injured by a man who was stabbed in Pandelang, western Java Island, on the 10th. The police explained that the man and his wife were arrested as current criminals and that they were extremists who were inspired by the thought of the radical Islamic State (IS).
According to police announcement, Mr. Willant visited Pandeglang for a talk that day and was pierced with a sharp knife by a man when he got out of the car around noon. Nearby local police officers were also stabbed and taken to the hospital with Mr. Willant. Police are investigating relationships with extremists.
