[Stockholm 10th Reuters]-The Swedish Academy received the Nobel Prize in Literature for the Polish female writer Olga Tokarchuk (57) on the 10th, and the 19th award for Austrian writer and playwright Peter Huntke (76) announced that each will be awarded.
The academy explained Tokarchuk's award for his award: “The imagination of a story depicting the crossing of boundaries with knowledgeable passion as a form of life”. As for Mr. Hantoke, he pointed out that works such as novels and essay writing “studied the margins and peculiarities of human experience through the creativity of words”.
Last year, the award was not announced due to a scandal involving academy personnel.
