[Reuters, Washington 11th]-The US Federal Court of Appeals rejected President Trump's appeal, which demanded a block from the House of Representatives' summons calling for President Trump's submission of tax records, on 11th.
The Court of Appeals in the capital, Washington, supported the lower court's decision that a subpoena of the House Oversight and Government Reform Commission would be required to submit documents to President Trump's accounting firm.
It is possible for President Trump's lawyer to appeal in the future, following the decision of this appeal.
In April, President Trump filed a lawsuit seeking to prevent the disclosure of information because the House Commission's investigation of his tax records exceeded constitutional restrictions. In May, the federal district court decided that President Trump's financial records could help Congress.
Apart from this, the US District Court for Manhattan in New York has decided that US President Trump needs to submit an eight-year tax return to the Manhattan Prosecutor.
