Thousands of people demonstrated in the US capital Washington and a number of European capitals and cities yesterday to condemn the aggression of the Turkish regime on Syrian territory.
Reuters reported that dozens of people gathered in front of the White House and chanted slogans condemning the US collusion with the Turkish aggression and demanding the regime of Recep Tayyip Erdogan to stop its aggression on northeastern Syria.

In France, more than 20,000 people, including French political figures, demonstrated in several cities to condemn the Turkish aggression, where more than 4,000 people gathered in the Republic Square in the capital Paris and then went to the square Châtelet in the heart of the city.

The demonstrators waved banners calling US President Donald Trump the incest and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as the de facto leader of IS, denouncing European silence over the aggression and demanding tangible sanctions against the Turkish regime.

In Marseille, southeast France, some 6,000 demonstrators demanded that European countries speak with one voice to reject the aggression and stop it, while about 1,000 people demonstrated in Strasbourg in northeastern France and chanted slogans, including "Erdogan is a murderer."

Thousands of people also held demonstrations in a number of European cities, including Nicosia, Athens, Warsaw, Brussels, The Hague, Budapest and Vienna. Thousands of people in various German cities took part in the demonstrations.

More than 10,000 protesters gathered in Cologne and about 4,000 in Frankfurt to protest against Turkish aggression, according to the German news agency DPA.

The Turkish regime forces are launching an aggression on Syrian territory in the countryside of Hasaka and Raqqa in parallel with the targeting of several villages and towns in rural governorates, focusing on infrastructure and vital facilities such as water and electricity stations, dams, oil installations and residential neighborhoods, which caused the death of a number of civilians and damage and destruction of infrastructure.
