The Algerian Ministry of Defense announced the arrest of six terrorists in the provinces of Batna, Biskra and Tamanrasset east and south of Algeria.
"Joint SPLA detachments arrested six supporters of terrorist groups during sporadic operations in Batna, Biskra and Tamanrasset provinces," the ministry said in a statement.
The Algerian Defense Ministry announced yesterday the arrest of a terrorist and the destruction of a den of terrorists in the provinces of Khenchela and Tamanrasset east and south of Algeria.
On the other hand, an Algerian coast guard unit in Oran rescued 24 people aboard a traditional-made boat that was about to sink.
