Iraqi forces thwarted an ISIS terrorist plot today and killed two suicide bombers in Samarra.
Samarra News quoted Samarra Operations Command as saying in a statement today that elements of the Samarra Operations Command managed to thwart an aggressive plot of the Islamic State terrorist organization targeting the area of al-Sifunah east of Samarra, confirming the killing of two suicide terrorists and seizing four explosive devices and two explosive belts during the operation.
Earlier in the day, the Iraqi Air Force targeted ISIS terrorist hideouts in the Hamrin hills stretching from Diyala province to Kirkuk, killing two terrorists.
