UN applauds agreement between government and indigenous

The UN applauded the agreement between the Government of Ecuador and the indigenous people after repealing decree 883. The president of Ecuador, Lenín Moreno, seeks to recover normalcy after protests that extended for more than 10 days. During the riots, 7 people died and more than 1,300 were injured, according to data from the Ombudsman's Office.
