The General Organization for Housing announced today the allocation of 1709 housing for subscribers to the project of youth housing in the governorates of Damascus countryside (the expansion of the suburb of Qudsaya), Lattakia, Homs, Hama and Sweida, and for the subscribers in Aleppo governorate on the projects of youth housing, housing savings and alternative housing (occupants of violations).
The Foundation said in a statement received today SANA that 317 houses of category (A) will be allocated to subscribers to the project of youth housing in Damascus countryside expansion area Qudsaya for the third phase and scheduled for 10 years and the allocation of 261 houses in Aleppo Governorate Maasrania area for the fourth phases 10 years and the fifth scheduled for 12 years and the allocation of 298 houses of category (A) in the province of Homs, west of Damascus road for the fifth stage and scheduled for 12 years.
The Foundation pointed out that 60 houses will be allocated for the categories (A .. B .. C) for subscribers in the province of Hama, Dhi Qar area for the first phase scheduled for 5 years and the allocation of 60 houses of category (A) for subscribers in the province of Lattakia, the highway of the revolution for the second phase scheduled for 7 years and the allocation of 377 houses of the two categories (A .. B) to subscribers in the governorate of As-Suwayda Salim area for the first phase scheduled for 5 years.
The foundation indicated that 177 houses in Aleppo province will be allocated to subscribers to the housing savings project in the land area of Friday Market, and 159 houses will be allocated to subscribers to the alternative housing project (occupants of irregularities) in the areas of Maasarania and Friday Market in Aleppo.
The Foundation explained that the subscribers covered by this announcement can see the tables containing the housing numbers and their estimated value, the nominal tables containing the names of the subscribers arranged according to the preference numbers and the detailed declaration containing the instructions related to the distribution of housing by visiting the website of the institution and its branches and branches of the Real Estate Bank in the provinces or the Ministry of Public Works And housing.
In its announcement, the Foundation invited subscribers covered by this announcement and paid their financial obligations within the specified periods to review the branches of the institution in the governorates for the dates of public distribution sessions for the selection of housing, as of the 29th of this month and until the end of the allocation sessions according to their preference sequence and according to the detailed schedules announced and dates specified in the announcement .
The Foundation stated that this announcement does not include subscribers who are late in paying their monthly installments for more than 240 consecutive or separate days who have not paid their financial obligations within the period granted to them.
