(CNN Spanish) - After beating the Cardinals of St. Louis 7 to 4 on Tuesday night, the Washington Nationals first came to the World Series.
They are the first team in the US capital to advance to the World Series since in 1993 the Washington Senators lost to the New York Yankees in five games.
