Air Canada stops calling “Ladies & Gentlemen”

The Canadian airline Air Canada has stopped using the term “Ladies & Gentlemen”, which was previously used to call passengers in in-flight broadcasts, and the neutral “everybody” for gender. Decided to switch to terminology. A CTV affiliated with CNN reported.
