From New York, I had the opportunity to go to Vancouver, Canada, which took about 5 hours by direct flight. I went through Toronto to get as cheap a ticket as possible, so in fact the transit time was 9 hours and a half, including the transit time. This is a long trip that seems to be perfect for the word “Harubaru”. I tried to find out why I wanted to eat local specialties.

Should be a challenge in NY
Tamura came to Vancouver with his wife Misa at the end of January 2005. Originally working as a salaryman in Japan, when I was 30 years old, I decided to do what I wanted.
The words that came to mind were "New York" and "Stall". It's cool if you go to New York, start with food stalls, and get bigger. In my previous job, I worked as a restaurant owner, but my only experience in the restaurant business was part-time work. I can't speak English. Nevertheless, I had such a dream.
