Crisis in Ecuador, planned from abroad?

The Government of Lenín Moreno is convinced that the level of violence, destruction and chaos did not correspond to popular dissatisfaction with Decree 883, but was an orchestrated plan that took advantage of “the claim for termination of the subsidy to destabilize the country” , as Ecuador denounced to the OAS through its foreign minister.
