EU and UK negotiators have agreed on a Brexit agreement. This was confirmed by Prime Minister Boris Johnson and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker.
"Where there is a will, there is also a deal - we have one," wrote EU Commission President Juncker on Twitter. He proposed that the summit of the Head of State and Government approve the agreement.
