The Ministerial Committee charged with following up the implementation of service and development projects in Deir Ezzor and Raqqa visited the two governorates during which several projects were opened and the reality of service and living there.
The ministers of health and oil participated in the event organized by the province in cooperation with the United Nations Population Fund in the campaign for early detection of breast cancer, which included a woman walk from the garden of the nobles to the hospital of martyr Ahmed Taha Howaidi, which contains a mammography camera.

In the governorate of Raqqa, the ministerial delegation visited the Ma'adan water station, which is being rehabilitated to feed the area with drinking water.
The delegation visited Wadi Obeid oil field and was briefed on the ongoing rehabilitation work in the field.
Eng. Salman Gharib, Director of Central Region Fields, stated that the importance of the work accomplished by the Ministry of Oil cadres lies in the Central Region Directorate in Wadi Obeid oil field and the station through the rehabilitation of damaged wells 15 damaged wells, which led to increase production by about four times of this field. Through the use of advanced technology on four wells increased oil production and reduce the proportion of associated water produced, which reflected positively on increasing production and reduce the cost of production per barrel, where the current production of these wells estimated at 2400 barrels per day.
The Ministerial Committee concluded its tour with a meeting with the directors of service departments in the province of Raqqa to study ways to provide the best services for the families returning to their cities and villages in the countryside of Raqqa and raise the level of work.
The Deputy Chairman of the Executive Office of the governorate of Raqqa, Obeid Al-Hassan, said that the ministerial committee tour came to get acquainted with the reality of service and living in the province, pointing out that many vital projects and services needed by the governorate of Raqqa were put forward.
