Czech President Milos Zeman said that the Turkish regime is committing war crimes and supporting terrorist organizations in Syria.
In an interview with Barandov last night, Zeman called for Turkey's refusal to accept the EU at least on the back of its aggression on Syrian territory.
The former Czech Foreign Minister Jan Kavan also stressed that the Turkish aggression on Syrian territory is a flagrant violation of international law and international norms and conventions.
In a statement, Kavan called for the total isolation of Turkey and the severance of diplomatic relations with the Erdogan regime and the imposition of international economic sanctions as well as not only a ban on arms exports to Turkey.
For his part, called the head of the parliamentary bloc of the Party of Liberty and Direct Democracy Radim Viala to expel Turkey from NATO "NATO" and stop talks on its accession to the European Union against the backdrop of its aggression on Syrian territory.
In Bratislava, the Foreign Committee of the Slovak Parliament called on the government to demand that the Turkish regime end its occupation and withdraw its forces from all Syrian territory.
It also demanded an immediate halt to arms exports to Turkey, in line with the European Union's recommendation to its states to do so.
Earlier, Slovak President Zuzana Chapotova warned that the Turkish aggression against Syria poses a serious threat to security and stability in the whole region.
