The leadership of the Lebanese Armed Forces called on all demonstrating citizens to express themselves peacefully and not to allow attacks on public and private property.
The Directorate of Guidance in the Army Command in a statement, "full solidarity with the demands of the rightful demonstrators," calling on them to respond with the security forces to facilitate matters of citizens.
In addition, thousands of demonstrators gathered in the Riad El Solh and Martyrs Square in central Beirut near the House of Representatives and the Ministers in protest against the deteriorating living conditions and the increase in the imposition of taxes and fees, while the Port of Beirut cut off tires and obstacles.
In the rest of Lebanon, roads and streets continue to be cut in many cities and towns. In Koura, more protesters flocked to the Ilya intersection in Sidon.
