"Do not be a fat, ok?" Hillary Clinton trumps Trump with a false Kennedy letter

2019-10-20T23:43:38.684Z

Countless parodies of Donald Trump's letter to Recep Tayyip Erdogan are circulating - now Hillary Clinton has also published such a satire letter. The content is, well, hearty.

When the letter from the incumbent US president to his Turkish counterpart last week became public, the analysts first of all had one question: can this letter be genuine? Too rude the sound, too flat the attempts to influence. But it quickly became clear: Yes, that's an official letter from Donald Trump to Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

After that countless jokers on the internet were busy asking the next question: who gets the best parody of crude writing? Now a highly prominent Trump critic has interfered. Hillary Clinton sent a letter through her Twitter account on Sunday, allegedly by former US President John F. Kennedy addressing the Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev.

"Dear Premier Khrushchev, do not be a bum, ok?" Whereby the English formulation "Do not be a dick" would be even more vulgar to translate. Trump had urged Erdogan to appeal to the Syrian conflict by saying, "Do not be a fool," thereby discarding any practice of diplomatic contacts.

The real letter: Trump to Erdogan

The satire letter to the 16th of October 1962 is dated, the Soviet Union and the USA were thus in the middle of the Cuba crisis. Accordingly, "JFK" will also be clear: "Get your rockets down from Cuba, everyone will say: 'Yay! Khrushchev! You're the best!'" Trump had promised Erdogan to go down in the history books as a "devil". he should allow a massacre of the Kurds in northern Syria. The wrong "JFK" threatens, however: "If you do not do that, everyone will say, 'What an asshole.'"

And even when leaving the satirical lettering is based on the no less absurd original. Trump had signed his letter after all sorts of threats and bullying with the sentence: "I'll call you later." The now published fake letter to the Soviet Union ends with: "I'll bite you later." Hug! John Fitzgerald Kennedy. "

Clinton himself published the letter with the succinct phrase: "Found in the archive." Trump's answer is yet to come, but Clinton's tweet has already been leaked around 100,000 times.

Hillary Clinton: Broadside against the former competitor

Already on Saturday, the former Democratic presidential candidate had spoken - but with a much more serious throw-in. In a podcast she expressed the suspicion that Russia could sponsor a third candidate for the US election in 2020 - with the aim to vote against a Democratic candidate.

Tulsi Gabbard, who participated in three democratic TV debates so far, but has almost no chance of a nomination. The congressman from Hawaii responded to this allegation considerably touched. On Twitter, she accused Clinton of a targeted campaign and cursed her for being "corrupt" and "the queen of warmongers."
