When asked about the cause of the fire, Velasquez said that “it is being investigated, work is being carried out on the expertise, the conditions allow it, the neighbors indicate that it could be intentional, that there were people inside this factory who did not have relationship with her. ” He added that "apparently" was intentional.
CNN cannot confirm that the fire is related to protests in the country due to the increase in the price of the subway.
