(CNN Spanish) - This Sunday is the second presidential debate in Argentina. The candidates will face each other on the stage of the University of Buenos Aires.

In Argentina, presidential debates are mandatory by law for the first time. The first was last October 13, and was held at the Universidad del Litoral.

In this second debate, candidates Alberto Fernández (Front of All), Mauricio Macri (Together for Change), Roberto Lavagna (Federal Consensus), Nicolás del Caño (Left Front), Juan José Gómez Centurión (Front NOS) will be presented again and José Luis Espert (Awakening Front).

On this occasion, the main topics will be:

a) Security
b) Employment, production and infrastructure
c) Federalism, institutional quality and role of the state
d) Social development, environment and housing

The general elections are Sunday, October 27. In case of a second electoral round, the two competing candidates will debate for the last time on Sunday, November 17, also in the capital of the country.

Marcelo Longobardi and Juan Pablo Varsky will analyze the performance of the candidates, as well as their proposals during and after the debate.

The debates are organized by the National Electoral Chamber of Argentina.
