The Iranian Foreign Ministry reiterated Iran's rejection of the Turkish aggression on Syrian territory and called on it to respect Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Abbas Moussavi said in a weekly press conference that Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity should be respected by all regional states and Iran opposing any Turkish presence on Syrian soil, calling for the implementation of the Adana Agreement which guarantees the security of the border between Syria and Turkey.
