[New York 18th Reuters]-According to a Reuters / Ipsos poll released on the 18th, former bidder Joe Biden remains the top supporter in the Democratic Party nomination nomination for next year's US presidential election. And expanded the lead.

In the survey, 21% of Democratic supporters and non-partisans responded that they would vote for Mr. Biden at the Democratic Party Preliminary / Membership Meeting starting next year. Mr. Biden's approval rating rose 3 percentage points from the previous survey conducted at the end of September.

The House Democratic Party holds a hearing to find out if President Trump has put undue pressure on Ukraine in search of Mr. Biden and his son. The House of Representatives may vote for Trump's impeachment later this year.

So far, allegations of suspicion of Ukraine do not appear to have shaken support for Mr. Biden and other Democratic candidates.

The Reuters / Ipsos survey showed support for other candidates: Senator Bernie Saunders, 15% of Senator Elizabeth Warren, 5% of Pete Buttigige, South Bend Mayor of Indiana, and Senator Kamala Harris 3% of former members of the House of Representatives Beto Oruk.

But about 1 in 5 respondents has not yet decided who to vote for. About two-thirds of respondents said they might change their minds.

The survey was conducted on October 17-18, targeting 1,116 adults nationwide on the Internet.
