Carlos Sánchez Berzaín, of the Inter-American Institute for Democracy and former minister of the presidency of Bolivia, denounces that Bolivia “is a dictatorship” and that the resignation of Antonio Costas, from the vice presidency of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal of Bolivia, is a confession of irregularities that the opposition denounces in the presidential elections on Sunday. Sánchez Berzaín also says that the Cuban regime controls the elections in Bolivia and that the current president, Evo Morales, is a “vendepatria” who has “handed over the homeland”.
