Tunisian President-elect Qais Said was sworn in today for a five-year term.

According to the Tunisian News Agency (WAT) that according to Chapter 76 of the Tunisian Constitution, President Qais Said was sworn in before the House of Representatives.

The Supreme Electoral Commission of Tunisia officially announced the victory of Said in the second round of the presidential elections, which took place on the 14th of this month.
