Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed the need to strengthen and expand cooperation between Russia and the Non-Aligned Movement to serve regional security and stability.
"We are fully confident that the expansion of constructive interaction between Russia and the Non-Aligned Movement will ensure enhanced regional security and stability," Putin said in a speech at the 18th summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in Baku.
