"It is now important for Europe that the Turkish regime ends its aggression immediately," Petrjecik told the Czech newspaper Bravo on Saturday.

For his part, the head of the Czech Parliamentary Group for Friendship with Syria, Dr. Stanislav Grosbic, stressed that Syria has the full right to defend itself against the Turkish aggression on its territory or any other aggression, stressing that the Turkish aggression comes as a result of the sick policies of the regime President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

In a statement to the SANA correspondent in Prague, Grosbic said that the Turkish aggression aims to achieve the expansionist ambitions of Erdogan, pointing out that any justification provided by his regime in this context is credible and unacceptable because aggression remains aggression and will find the appropriate response.
