The Permanent Office of the Arab Lawyers Union (UAB) renewed its condemnation of the Turkish aggression on Syrian territory, stressing that it constitutes a flagrant violation of the principles and charter of the United Nations and the resolutions of the UN Security Council.
A statement issued by the bureau today at the end of its emergency session in Cairo, which was held under the slogan `` No to Turkish aggression on Syrian Arab territories '', reiterated its full support to Syria in its legitimate defense of its territory against the Turkish aggression and saluted the steadfastness of the Syrian leadership and the achievements of the Syrian Arab Army in the war against terrorism.
The statement called on Arab and international human rights organizations to condemn the Turkish aggression on Syrian territory and work with them to organize an international conference to expose the practices of the Turkish regime and violations and aggression outside the limits of international law and international conventions.
The statement called for the prosecution of the Turkish regime and its president before the national international courts, which rely on the international jurisdiction system to convict him for his ongoing aggression against Syria since 2012 and to demand compensation for damages caused by the serious damage caused by it and to move another case against the president of the Turkish regime before the International Criminal Court. For war crimes committed against Syria and crimes against humanity committed against the Syrian people.
The statement stressed the need for the United Nations and the UN Security Council to assume their responsibilities towards the Turkish aggression and condemned also the support of the Turkish regime and its allies for terrorist organizations in Syria with money and weapons.
The statement also called on all Arab and peace-loving countries to sever diplomatic, commercial and cultural relations with Turkey, expel Turkish ambassadors from their capitals until the Turkish troops leave Syrian territory, boycott Turkish goods, stop all tourism and other trips to Turkey and stop dealing with all Turkish companies and institutions.
The Permanent Office called on all Arab countries to expel all foreign military bases, especially NATO bases and offices, and condemned any Arab or international regime that agreed to the Turkish invasion of Syrian territory.
