The debt of the presidents: the ex-plaintiffs investigated

There is a strong trend in the last 20 years: the president who leaves office becomes the former president who is investigated. Since Transparency International began measuring in 1995, there were always medium or high levels of corruption perception in Argentina. The anti-corruption office indicates that only 3% of the cases reach a conviction. The duration of the causes is another of the problems identified by the anti-corruption office, since these processes usually extend between 10 and 14 years.
