The draft text of the 27 EU ambassadors' agreement included a commitment that the Brexit withdrawal agreement could not be renegotiated in the future and that December 1 and January 1 would be possible dates for Brexit if the agreement is completed.
The issue of Britain's exit from the European Union is witnessing a state of tension and attraction and sharp records and internal differences in Britain or in the corridors of the European Union.
