Brexit: Labor wants to vote for new elections

Britain is heading for a new election in December. According to media reports, the opposition Labor Party wants to approve the electoral law introduced by Prime Minister Johnson this Tuesday.



The British Labor Party wants to support the call for early elections by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in December. Party leader Jeremy Corbyn said before a vote scheduled for Tuesday in Parliament, after the agreement of the other EU Member States on a renewed Brexit postponement is a chaotic EU exit without an agreement now excluded. Thus the condition of the largest British opposition party for the new election is fulfilled.

Johnson wants to enforce a law amendment in parliament later today to start new elections on 12 December. He needs the absolute majority in the lower house, which he can come to with the help of the opposition.
